Refund policy

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you don't love your item(s), you can send back for a refund, store credit, or an exchange, within 30 days of ordering. If postmarked after 30 days, we will refuse and return items at the customer's expense.

If looking to return item(s) please send us a message at legendaryltd.com so we can start the return process with you. While we do offer free shipping on received goods to the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping on all returns. Only exception is for any incorrect items shipped. 

Your return will be processed within 3 business days of being delivered back to Legendary LTD. 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Apparel must not be worn, washed, or altered.
  • No visible signs of use including deodorant stains/cosmetic stains, perfumes/scents, animal hair, etc.

Sale items are FINAL. Gift cards are non-refundable. Orders placed using a discount code are eligible for Store Credit ONLY.

All exchanges and refunds will only be processed once returns have been received. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send an email to notify you that we have processed your refund or exchange. Exchanges are still subject to processing times and new tracking will be sent once processed/shipped. Any refunds will take 2-3 business days to show back up in your bank statements.
